Royal Borough of Greenwich

From the work we did with Ealing Borough Council, we were invited to design and deliver a Customer Care programme for the Borough’s new Riverside House Offices and following the success of the pilot, it was delivered throughout Greenwich Council to both front office and support staff. 

We also developed a Refresher Kit for Team Leaders and Managers to coach the skills in their teams after formal training to ensure maximum transfer of learning and to develop Team Leaders and Managers as coaches.

We delivered many workshops on Leadership, Teambuilding, Conflict Management, Handling Difficult Calls, Stress Management, Performance Management and Embracing Change.
