Yeovil District Hospital

Over the past five years, we have facilitated many Leadership and Teambuilding sessions for Yeovil District Hospital working with all staff from senior clinicians to front line catering teams. Sessions have included Complex Care facilitation days, Finance Team events, Planning and Strategy sessions, Leadership Coaching and departmental Transformation events. 

Using TotalSDI® as a framework tool for every development session we have delivered has given Yeovil District Hospital a common language for employees to communicate better with each other and with their patients.  Not only has this enabled teams to work more cohesively but it has also reduced misunderstandings that can cause conflict.
