Teenage Cancer Trust

In 2017 the Teenage Cancer Trust ran a Leadership Intervention for their Senior Leadership Team using the SDI® tool.  As a result of this, they then asked us to embed the SDI® in their Leadership Programme for their whole Leadership team.

Working closely with their Head of Learning and Development Susie Wallis, the SDI® formed one of the modules of their ‘Leadership Skills and Capabilities’ programme which was a finalist in the global Learning Awards 2019 at the Institute of Learning and Performance.
